Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, If you exceed the 30 day limit, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, as well as be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Note: Depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, it may take several days for your refund to officially appear on your credit card or bank statement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, make sure to double check your bank and credit card statement.

If your refund hasn’t been posted, contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements & Exchanges (if applicable)

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items will be exchanged for the same item when a replacement is available.

You will be notified if your item cannot be replaced due to it being discontinued or for any other relevant reason.

In special cases (authorized by the manufacturer and/or Muziq Market), your item may

be exchanged for a more current model.

If your item was damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with the courier service that delivered your order. Please note that if you did not sign for a damaged parcel, you may not be able to claim your damage or receive a refund. Exchanges

You can exchange your item within our 30-day policy window. Your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, as well as be in its original packaging with all accessories and literature intact. We will confirm and authorize your exchange upon receiving your item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, making them aware of the return.

Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping costs related to your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delay in receiving your exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item that is worth $75 and over, adding a tracking number service or purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
